A company is looking for a Director of Human Experience Design.
Key Responsibilities
Own the UX/UI vision and roadmap across the website, landing pages, customer portal, and mobile experiences
Design and optimize user flows to drive higher conversion rates, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value
Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive website rebranding effort, ensuring brand consistency and user-centered design best practices
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or human experience design preferably in DTC, ecommerce, or subscription-based environments
Demonstrated success designing high-converting digital experiences using direct response strategies
Experience leading or contributing to large-scale website redesigns and brand refresh projects
Deep knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and best practices in usability and accessibility
Strong portfolio showcasing design process, user flows, and real-world impact on KPIs such as conversion rate or retention
