A company is looking for a Licensed Loan Officer Assistant to support Loan Officers by ensuring timely closing of loan files and communicating with operations staff and customers. Key Responsibilities Request disclosures and structure loan files for pre-approval Calculate income, review client documentation, and submit loan documentation to processing Open escrow, collect fees, order appraisals, and gather Loan Agent conditions Required Qualifications and Experience 4+ years of experience in the mortgage industry Active NMLS License required Strong knowledge of mortgage industry and terminology Experience with Byte and other LOS software preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high integrity and confidentiality
