A company is looking for a Lead Dispatcher to ensure timely transportation services for Medicaid recipients. Key Responsibilities Ensure enforcement of contract regulations for transportation providers Oversee trip assignment processes and support Customer Advocate teams Develop alternative transportation options and assist with driver training programs Required Qualifications High School Diploma required Four (4) plus years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience Familiarity with Medicaid guidelines and covered services Knowledge of non-emergency transportation services is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
