Key Responsibilities
Design and implement leadership and development programs for hourly employees and kitchen management teams
Create an employee lifecycle that fosters a motivated and skilled national team
Oversee recruiting, workforce development, and additional HR initiatives to ensure organizational cohesion
Required Qualifications
5 - 15 years of experience in People Operations, preferably in culinary or hospitality industries
Proven track record of successful training and development program implementation
Strong vision and innovative ideas for building exceptional teams and workplace cultures
