A company is looking for a Director of Learning & Development - Revenue Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement global learning and development programs to enhance sales capabilities and onboarding processes
Continuously assess and address skill gaps within the revenue team through targeted learning interventions
Lead the Go-to-Market Interlock program to operationalize product and marketing updates through effective training
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Sales Enablement, with global exposure
Experience in building and scaling enablement functions with measurable business impact
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and adult learning theory
Proficiency with enablement tools and strong analytical skills to drive actionable programs
