A company is looking for a Director of Member and Provider Service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership of the Member and Provider Service Contact Center
Develop and execute multi-year plans to enhance the contact center experience
Implement innovative tools to optimize performance and personalize service
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Health Care Management, or related field required
Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) preferred
Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a contact center/customer service environment
Deep knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare operations and contact center metrics
Experience managing within regulated environments and responding to compliance reviews
