Treasury Management Analyst
A company is looking for a Treasury Management Specialist. Key Responsibilities Provide technical and product support for Treasury Solutions and assist clients via phone Support client outreach for migrations or changes affecting Treasury products and assist in application testing Document system issues, escalate when necessary, and manage client transitions for projects Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience 6+ years of customer service experience and 5+ years of technical support experience Treasury experience, including treasury migration experience Experience in banking, financial services, treasury, and/or cash management Familiarity with ACH, Wire, SWIFT, and Lockbox banking applications
