Treasury Management Analyst
A company is looking for a Treasury Management Analyst (Transaction Banking) to support client inquiries and service needs remotely. Key Responsibilities Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and service assistance Resolve client issues through product knowledge and root cause analysis Ensure compliance with policy guidelines to mitigate risk and maintain data integrity Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in financial services/banking with Client Service and Treasury Management knowledge Call Center/Phone support experience is required Bachelor's degree is recommended Ability to work independently with strong time management skills Team player who fosters collaborative relationships across the organization
