Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee Payment Integrity strategies focused on cost of care and payment accuracy Manage internal teams and collaborate with external partners on process improvements and program evaluations Represent Payment Integrity in internal and external meetings, driving innovation and best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience in reimbursement policy or provider reimbursement Direct health plan experience is required Experience in business case development and financial analysis 7 years of leadership experience managing people or complex projects Preferred experience with Payment Integrity products and strategy frameworks
