Key Responsibilities
Manage the development of Senior Principals and build strong relationships to understand their aspirations and strengths
Lead the induction and onboarding of new hires, ensuring a seamless transition and managing the First Year Mentor program
Drive feedback and performance management processes, ensuring transparency and integration of DEI best practices
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience in professional development or talent management, preferably in a professional services environment
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and guide others
Results-oriented mindset focused on delivering high-impact insights
Demonstrated ability to manage and complete projects with high-quality results
Bachelor's Degree required
