A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Optimization to maximize revenue capture and financial performance within the Community Physician Organization. Key Responsibilities Identify and improve gaps in charge capture, documentation, and coding practices Develop strategies to ensure all billable services are captured and reimbursed accurately Provide data-driven insights into revenue opportunities and collaborate with clinical and finance teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required MBA preferred Minimum of 7 years of experience in professional billing revenue cycle management or healthcare finance Experience with Athena, Meditech, and Epic (EHR) and billing systems Experience in an academic medical center or large medical group practice
