Director of Process Operations

Key Responsibilities
Optimize processes within the property management organization to improve performance and reduce costs
Design and document Standard Operating Procedures and training materials, ensuring their implementation
Analyze data to identify root causes of issues and implement process changes based on insights
Required Qualifications
5+ years of operations leadership experience, preferably in technology or property technology industries
3+ years of managerial experience, including developing and mentoring a minimum of 3 individuals
3+ years of experience in designing and managing operations processes with measurable performance improvements
At least 1 year of experience managing a dispersed or remote team
5+ years of experience using data for insights and decision-making, proficient in data visualization tools
