Director of Strategic Initiatives
A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Partnership Strategic Initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage internal projects aimed at improving performance and achieving business unit goals
Support strategic initiatives for Corporate Partnership accounts, including meeting planning and project tracking
Lead efforts to implement streamlined workflows and collaborate across departments to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of ten years of experience in sales, support, or operations with a focus on managing change initiatives
Experience with SAP and Salesforce.com strongly preferred
Strong leadership and collaboration skills to navigate complex organizational structures
Thorough understanding of business principles and the end-to-end commercial process
