Director of Support
A company is looking for a Director of Support to lead support services and ensure service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee support operations and manage customer success initiatives
Define and enhance key performance metrics for service delivery while ensuring adherence to SLAs
Lead and mentor a team while optimizing support processes and technology
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in support services or IT operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Experience managing teams in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)
Strong background in managing SLAs and ticketing systems
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
