A company is looking for a Staff Division Buyer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services, ensuring compliance with federal acquisition regulations
Utilize an inventory management system to process purchase orders and monitor stock levels
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
3-5 years of Federal purchasing experience, including procurement file documentation for federal acquisitions
At least 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy in a high-volume environment
