DOD Business Development Recruiter
A company is looking for a Department of Defense (DOD) Business Development Recruiter Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with proposal teams to source, screen, and recommend candidates for DOD contracts
Perform full life cycle recruitment for proposal staffing, including client research and live proposals
Develop scopes of work and staffing structures in response to solicitations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and at least six years of relevant experience
Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adjust priorities
Prior experience working on proposals with tight deadlines for USG clients
Experience recruiting for DOD-funded opportunities is highly preferred
Strong networking and interpersonal skills
