A company is looking for a Domain Portfolio Advisor to manage various aspects of domain services and client projects. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of client domain portfolios and act as a single point of contact for project lifecycles Develop high-level and detailed project plans in collaboration with clients and internal teams Ensure positive customer experience and effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2 years of experience in a customer-focused technical support/services role or 4 years in a non-technical role 1 year of experience in contract management, negotiation, and business management practices Experience managing projects with internal and external dependencies International business experience and knowledge of Salesforce platform is a plus
