Key Responsibilities Perform quality control and on-demand translation tasks Coordinate activities of translators and manage project-related queries Develop and train internal linguists and freelancers while ensuring adherence to quality standards Required Qualifications University degree in Translation/Applied Languages or equivalent experience 4+ years of relevant experience in translation/localization Fluent in English and native fluency in Dutch Thorough understanding of the localization process and experience with TMS and CAT tools Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate teams effectively
