Employee Benefits Compliance Lead
A company is looking for a Compliance National Practice Lead - Employee Benefits. Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyze State & Federal regulations impacting employee benefits and communicate findings to stakeholders Develop technical tools and training materials for compliance support and assist in training benefit service teams Respond to compliance inquiries and establish standards for workflows and processes in collaboration with the operations team Required Qualifications 5-10 years of relevant experience in compliance or employee benefits Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience Ability to manage multiple work streams under pressure and tight deadlines Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint Experience in providing training and presentations related to compliance topics
