IT Support Analyst
A company is looking for an Overnight IT Support Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot daily IT issues for desktop PCs, mobile devices, and VPN tunnels, providing on-call support as needed
Oversee IT activities related to user access, incidents, service interruptions, and downtimes, ensuring consistent user experience
Document and communicate processes, including "how-to" guides and downtime procedures, to improve training and knowledge gaps
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred
Proficient in technology with experience in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, particularly in PACS systems and radiology workflows
Strong customer service skills and experience with hardware, networks, and voice dictation systems like PowerScribe
Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with prior experience in Healthcare IT
Knowledge of radiology flows and the ability to provide effective on-call support
