Employee Benefits Compliance Manager
A company is looking for an Employee Benefits & Compliance Manager to oversee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Research and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance
Conduct regular audits and training sessions related to benefits and compliance
Monitor and report on federal and state regulatory changes affecting compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
10-15 years of HR experience, including benefits administration and compliance knowledge
Experience with UKG or ADP preferred
Understanding of HRIS systems, preferably Deltek Costpoint
Strong background in benefit implementation and vendor management
