A company is looking for a Manager, Employee Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the planning, implementation, and administration of various employee benefit programs
Evaluate current programs for competitiveness and recommend improvements
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and manage relationships with benefit carriers and consultants
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
5+ years of experience in benefits administration, compensation, or human resources
Experience in the healthcare, financial, or professional services industry is preferred
Knowledge of ICHRA programs is preferred
