Employee Experience Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Employee Experience & Communications. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop a global team to deliver employee experience and internal communications initiatives Execute internal communications in partnership with senior leadership, including messaging for key updates and change initiatives Collaborate with stakeholders to identify communication gaps and design programs that enhance employee connection and culture Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, employee engagement, or related fields Strong writing and storytelling skills tailored for different audiences and platforms Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Experience working closely with senior leaders as a communications advisor Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
