Lead and mentor the Employee Experience team to drive performance and engagement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 4 years of experience in HR and employee engagement in a leadership role
Experience working in a fully remote, global, and multicultural environment
Proven ability to drive engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives
Hands-on approach to managing HR operations in a remote online environment
