Employee Relations Specialist

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Partner I to provide administrative support for the Employee Relations function. Key Responsibilities Process unemployment claims and coordinate hearings, along with electronic file maintenance Review and process designated terminations and complete standard separation agreements Assist with Tier 1 employee relations questions and investigations with appropriate oversight Required Qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or Office Administration Intermediate Level proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word and Excel Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality Paramount sensitivity to employee relations matters
