Employee Relations Specialist
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations across field locations
Support offboarding processes and analyze separation trends
Develop ER metrics dashboards and provide training for supervisors on employee relations topics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of employee relations or Senior HR generalist experience in a multi-location healthcare environment
SHRM-CP, PHR, or higher-level HR certification
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
Proficiency with HRIS systems and case management tools preferred
