Employee Transition Specialist
A company is looking for an Employee Transition Specialist to oversee and coordinate employee separation and offboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer employee separation activities, including severance calculations and preparing separation packages
Provide necessary documentation and act as a point of contact for inquiries throughout the offboarding process
Ensure accurate data administration related to employee separations and collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient coordination
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
3-5 years of experience in an HR Operations role, preferably supporting separation activities
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and ticketing systems
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to separations
Professional certification in HR or employee relations is a plus
