Employee Voice Manager
A company is looking for an Employee Voice and HR Measurement Manager, People Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and enhance employee feedback programs, including surveys and interviews
Develop and implement employee listening strategies to inform people strategies
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide consultation on survey needs and insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in managing employee voice surveys and feedback programs
3+ years of experience advising leaders on program evaluation and measurement
Advanced proficiency in employee listening platforms like Qualtrics or Glint
Strong proficiency in managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships
