Key Responsibilities Prepare, evaluate, and execute training based on customer needs and product offerings Identify skill and knowledge gaps to modify training for successful adoption Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize customer services Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience Proven work as a Training Consultant, Training Coordinator, or similar role Experience with instructional design and organizing training events Familiarity with Salesforce, ChurnZero, JIRA, HighSpot, Sharepoint, or Learning Management Systems is a plus Ability to conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
