Key Responsibilities
Engages with customers to position appropriate solutions and ensure satisfaction
Collaborates with sales and project teams to drive successful project outcomes and maintain accurate reporting
Acts as a customer advocate to resolve issues and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
8-10+ years of experience in scoping, writing SOWs, and delivering professional services
Competency in analytical problem solving and managing customer/partner relationships
Project management skills, with oversight responsibilities depending on territory size
Experience in IT service delivery and support
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
