Engineering Application Technician
A company is looking for an Engineering Application Account Technician to support Sunscreen Accounts and provide customer service to service desk users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service and technical support through various communication channels
Review, analyze, and resolve service tickets while ensuring timely escalation when necessary
Collaborate with IT teams for enhancements and perform audits on user permissions
Required Qualifications
Experience in an IT support role or equivalent education preferred
Experience managing tickets within a service desk solution preferred
Application User Database Management experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft O365 tools and supporting these applications
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
