Develop process-to-system maps detailing hire-to-retire processes and their associated data flows
Promote a platform-first strategy around employee lifecycle management capabilities in Workday
Analyze and eliminate redundancy and inefficiencies within the digital product portfolio
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of engineering and architecture experience in the human capital management domain
Strong background in architecture methodology
Practical experience with HR systems, specifically Workday
Knowledge in the HR domain, including learning tools, benefits management, and payroll processes
