ePrescribing Support Specialist
A company is looking for an ePrescribing Network Support Services Specialist who will ensure the reliability and performance of the ePrescribing network.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor network operations and maintain customer connections, ensuring successful delivery of digital prescriptions
Conduct quality assurance checks, resolve issues, and provide Tier 1 technical support to users
Manage customer onboarding, facilitate meetings, and maintain documentation and training materials
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing support for healthcare technology software
Hands-on experience with SQL databases and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for case management
Familiarity with NCPDP ePrescribing and SCRIPT standards
