Equity Compensation Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Equity and Executive Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the administration of executive equity programs and manage the E*TRADE/Morgan Stanley @ Work platform
Monitor equity dilution, strike prices, and compliance with SEC and IRS regulations
Prepare materials for board meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams on compensation governance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in executive compensation or equity administration
Strong knowledge of equity compensation programs and SEC compliance requirements
Hands-on experience with equity management platforms like E*TRADE/Morgan Stanley @ Work
Analytical expertise in financial modeling and equity valuation
