Executive Compensation Director
A company is looking for an Executive Compensation Director to lead and shape the strategy and execution of executive compensation and Total Rewards programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead preparation of materials and coordination with stakeholders for the Board's Talent & Compensation Committee
Create and implement process improvements for equity compensation programs to enhance employee engagement
Develop and present executive-level reports to leadership and monitor executive compensation trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related area
10+ years of experience in executive compensation or related HR strategic program management
Demonstrated ability to deliver against a plan with an operational mindset
Exceptional stakeholder management skills and relationship-building capabilities
Strong Excel/analytics skills for creating dynamic models and analyses
