Expense Report Coordinator
A company is looking for an Expense Report Coordinator to manage employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and submit expense reports in accordance with company policies
Monitor and track the status of expense reports, following up with employees and approvers
Assist employees with questions related to expense report submissions and maintain organized records
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience
At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, finance, or accounting roles
Familiarity with Deltek CostPoint expense management software is preferred
Some experience in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
