Federal Client Success Manager
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager - Federal.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for client success, creating and maintaining client success plans and monitoring client health
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring clients are informed about solution features and best practices
Advocate for clients within the organization, providing updates on client health and collaborating with other departments to incorporate client feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years of experience working with Federal Agencies
Demonstrable ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders
Prior experience in driving adoption of new software solutions
Previous work experience as a client success manager or equivalent preferred
