Federal Compensation Specialist
A company is looking for a Compensation, Pay and Leave Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage work independently while collaborating with other service teams
Provide training to supervisors, timekeepers, and employees on Pay and Leave functions
Assist HR personnel in managing various leave-related programs and processes
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in Federal HR, specifically in Compensation, Pay and Leave
Experience with time and attendance systems (e.g., WebTA 4.2 or current version)
Ability to troubleshoot pay and leave issues and provide technical support
Knowledge of leave-related programs (e.g., FMLA, VLTP, ELTP, VLTB)
Experience in reviewing time and attendance reports for payroll quality assurance
