Federal Services Management Specialist
A company is looking for a Services Management Specialist Staff.
Key Responsibilities
Focus on customer success and manage all customer escalations as the main point of contact for post-sales activities
Lead regular customer review meetings and conduct Service Business Reviews (SBRs)
Track product lifecycle management, asset inventory, and oversee customer escalation management
Required Qualifications
US Citizenship required
6+ years of experience supporting large global Federal or multi-national IP-based customers
BA/BS degree in a related area or equivalent project management experience desirable
General technical understanding of network operation management best practices and terminology
Position based in Herndon, VA, with consideration for remote locations
