Key Responsibilities Own the overall relationship with assigned large-scale clients to ensure value growth and loyalty Lead complex implementation and onboarding projects for products and services Deliver professional account management services through proactive communication and strategic advisory Required Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in field engineering or technical account management Strong application and/or endpoint security background Experience working with enterprise customers Training delivery experience is required Multi OS support experience (Windows, Mac, Linux) preferred
