Finance and Contracts Administrator
A company is looking for a Finance & Contracts Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll processing, vendor reimbursements, and financial reporting
Administer and maintain federal government contracts ensuring compliance and monitoring performance
Assist with proposal support, including maintaining the proposal pipeline and tracking deadlines
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in finance, administrative support, or proposal pricing support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Deltek Cost Point is a plus
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong ability to maintain confidentiality
