Arizona Family Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Family Support Specialist to work with children and families in foster care or transitioning back home. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial intakes and create, implement, and assess treatment plans for children/youth Link families with community resources and provide education on behavior management techniques Encourage co-parenting and successful transitions for children/youth between foster and birth families Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or Equivalent with two years of experience, or an Associate's Degree in a Human Service field with one year of experience Active and valid unrestricted Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and DCS Clearance Current Arizona State Driver's License in good standing with a good driving record for the past three years Active personal vehicle registration and liability insurance
