ServiceNow Process Consultant
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Process Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with clients to enhance solutions adoption and organizational readiness
Lead functional discovery and process workshops using established methodologies
Define tailored business process solutions and identify opportunities for ServiceNow implementation projects
Required Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, particularly in ITSM
4+ years of experience leading business process design workshops
ITIL Foundations certification preferred
Expertise in additional ServiceNow practice areas such as ITAM, ITBM, and HRSD is a plus
