A company is looking for a Financial Professional Onboarding & Transition Manager. Key Responsibilities Create and manage customized onboarding plans and conversion strategies for financial professionals (FPs) Conduct business analysis and ensure regulatory compliance for FP office setups Facilitate communication between departments and oversee the FP recruitment and transition processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience required 7-10 years of experience in recruitment and transition support in a life insurance company and/or broker/dealer required FINRA Series 7, 63, or 66 licenses preferred Strong knowledge of FP contracting Proven project management experience in a fast-paced environment
