FINRA Licensed Senior Service Representative
A company is looking for a Senior Service Representative to provide support to financial professionals and their teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide dedicated support via phone and email to financial professionals and field office personnel
Maintain service standards for quality customer service, turnaround time, accuracy, and follow-up
Act as a liaison between the field and processing departments, handling complex and escalated issues
Required Qualifications
College degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
3-5 years of customer service experience in a financial setting required
Experience with Pershing products, procedures, and NetExchange Pro system
FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) preferred
FINRA Series 99 license preferred
