Bilingual Member Service Agent
A company is looking for a Member Service Agent (Bilingual/Spanish-speaking preferred). Key Responsibilities Takes incoming calls from members to assist with account needs and transactions Opens new accounts and processes checks Responds to members' email and chat inquiries while providing information on products and services Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school diploma or GED and six months of experience working with the general public required Previous phone experience is helpful Spanish speaking is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software programs
