Florida Licensed Behavioral Health Liaison
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinical Liaison to support improved coordination of services and collaboration across the healthcare continuum. Key Responsibilities Serve as a consultant to providers, addressing barriers impacting member care and outcomes Interpret program results and develop data-driven analysis to measure effectiveness and ROI Collaborate with internal and external departments on provider education and outreach initiatives Required Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health, or graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing 4-6 years of related experience in behavioral health outpatient care Active, unrestricted Florida clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, LMHP, or RN) Experience with assessment of treatment plans related to mental health and substance abuse Familiarity with managed care, case management, utilization management, or quality improvement
