A company is looking for a Perinatal Coach. Key Responsibilities Conduct brief onboarding calls and deliver individualized virtual coaching sessions focused on mental wellness Develop and adjust coaching plans in collaboration with members based on their needs and goals Document all member interactions and assessments in the platform within one business day Qualifications Active license in a relevant clinical field (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, RN, APRN, CNM) At least 4 years of experience in clinical care, health coaching, or counseling, with a minimum of 2 years working with perinatal individuals Preferred certification in perinatal mental health or substantial experience supporting pregnant and postpartum individuals Strong digital literacy and comfort using telehealth and app-based tools Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
