Key Responsibilities: Accurately process tasks related to issuing Auto ID cards, proofs of insurance, policy endorsements, and cancellations Assist in identifying and reconciling inaccuracies in account billings Support Account Managers in new and renewal business workflows Required Qualifications: Personal Lines insurance industry experience preferred, or 2+ years of related customer service experience State required active licensing (PL 4-40 or Property & Casualty license) High School diploma or equivalent Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
