Key Responsibilities Build and lead the Payroll Services team to implement US Payroll and Benefits Admin products Execute the Customer Success work stream for US Payroll and Benefits Admin, including service definition and product launch Define and continuously improve the payroll delivery methodology and oversee project delivery Required Qualifications Extensive payroll knowledge, including calculations, tax regulations, and benefits administration Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations Proven leadership experience with the ability to build high-performing teams Experience with payroll system implementation and integration with HR/finance systems Experience in partner management with third-party technology providers
