Fund Transfer Analyst

A company is looking for a Fund Transfer Analyst. Key Responsibilities Process high volumes of fund transfer and allocation change requests in a timely manner Communicate with advisors and/or clients regarding requests that are not in good order Assist with team functions such as collections, loan payment processing, or systematic payment setups Required Qualifications Customer service experience, preferably in a telephone-based environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently and in an organized manner Knowledge of company products, services, and IRS Regulations Experience working in a team environment
