Key Responsibilities Conduct innovative research in NLP and develop advanced SLMs and LLMs for domain-specific applications Design, implement, and optimize language models while analyzing and preprocessing large datasets Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into production and publish research findings Required Qualifications Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field focused on NLP or ML At least 2 years of experience in developing and optimizing SLMs and LLMs Solid understanding of fine-tuning techniques and ML/RL software engineering skills Proven experience in Gen AI libraries/frameworks and familiarity with cloud computing platforms At least 7 years of research experience in NLP, machine learning, or related fields
