A company is looking for an IT Call Center Support Tier 1.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first call resolution and exceptional customer support
Assist with troubleshooting software and hardware issues
Manage logistics, workflows, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a Customer Success role
Previous experience in enterprise customer support, preferably in Health Tech or technology
Proficiency in tools such as NetSuite, CRM platforms, and ticketing systems
Ability to work flexible hours, including potential shifts from 7am to 7pm
Strong troubleshooting abilities for software and hardware issues
