Georgia Licensed Patient Contact Representative
A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls regarding billing inquiries and collection activities
Perform collection activities on outstanding patient balances and offer payment arrangements
Research patient complaints and inquiries, documenting actions taken and keeping patients informed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of one year of experience in collections, customer service, or business office
Proficiency in using personal computers and relevant software
Knowledge of Revenue Cycle functions, including insurance billing and collections
Ability to work independently within established guidelines
